Bajaj Pulsar 150 and its other variation are considered as one of the top model in Sri Lanka. After the introduction of Pulsar in Sri Lanka young people started to by them as their dream bike in the middle range for commuting purpose. Recently the local dealer had introduced the new Bajaj Pulsar 150 UG4.5 in the market.This is a 4 stroke air-cooled engine. It looks beautiful with its new laser edged graphics design.It comes with front disc brake that is good for long distance runs. There is Nitrox rear shock absorber to give smooth riding opportunity for the owners. Actually Pulsar motorcycles are available in different capacity to suit the riders need. They can select 125cc up to 250cc the powerful one in the Pulsar series.

From the stand still position it gives smooth pickup in quick time.
Going 100Km/H is a good thing with this motorbike as it won’t give you any roaring sound or vibration.

Motor show exhibition,BMICH. This Motor show exhibition will take place at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH). It is organized by the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC). Motor Show exhibition will be kept open for the General Public on Sundays too.

Colombo Motor show 2024 Opening Dates: November 2024.

The 2019 Show was held successfully in November 2019.
Further more last Colombo Motor Show was closed after running for  3 days.

Honda CB250N Super Dream Motorbike.

Honda CB250N is still running on the streets of many countries. Name them as UK, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and South Africa. Further more than machine is powered by 249cc Air cooled engine. In the meantime there is a 6 speed gear box is fitted for power transmission to the wheels through chain.  In addition there is a warning light in red color with sound, when the rider over pass the normal speed level. Some of the models came with single disc brake in the front wheel while some motorcycles were provided with double disc brakes in the front. With the double disc it is very rare for the wheel lock when brakes applied.

Year of manufacture, chassis number and running condition decides the price of these bikes in the second hand Motorcycle Market in Sri Lanka. Also  Honda Hornet 250cc motorcycle is available in the used motorcycle market in Pakistan.

The Honda CB250F motorcycle is also called as Honda Hornet 250. This is the most popular 250cc Motorbike in Sri Lanka. Furthermore this motorbike  is classified as standard motorcycle. In 1996 Honda did  introduced this motorbike for Japanese market only. In the meantime they were started to be exported as used Japanese motorcycles to other parts of the world including Sri Lanka.

CB250F can produce 40 PS at 14,000 rpm.
