The deductions below are the maximum deductions applied to minute and dollar based AT&T Pre-Paid PINs.
Rates apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
U.S. domestic rates are billed in one minute billing increments.
Depending on the minute based card U.S. Domestic rate per minute will be from US$ 0.04 to 0.07
Partial minutes used are billed as full minutes.
International rates apply from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Commonwealth of the

Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and American Samoa to 20 top international destinations.
For example with the dollar based card you can call Sri Lanka land line for US$ 0.35 per minute and Calls to Sri Lanka mobile phones will be charged at US$0.25 per minute. The calls are counted to minutes only.
